As the days grow shorter and the leaves begin to change, nature invites us to slow down and reflect. Join me for an autumn themed hatha yoga workshop designed to help you unwind, and release into the energy of the season.
The workshop will include:
Guided meditation & breathing practice focused on autumn’s beauty & introspection.

Journaling prompts will be offered to assist with intention setting, reflecting on the theme of letting go.

A balancing movement practice of invigorating postures transitioning to releasing stretches (yang to yin).

Warming teas, sweet treats & community time will be offered to let the effects of the practice settle.
Concluding with a deep relaxation with restorative yoga nidra (yogic sleep) leaving you feeling grounded and ready to embrace the changing season.
This workshop is open to yoga practitioners of all levels and backgrounds, whether you're a seasoned yogi or taking your first steps on this journey of self-discovery.
