About this Event
4-week weight loss special in a small group for everyone who wants to sustainably change their eating habits – without diet stress, but with hypnosis, mindfulness, and practical daily impulses. In groups of max. 3, we work on emotional eating, satiety, self-worth, and healthy routines for an easier everyday life.
In this 4-week program, you strengthen your natural satiety feeling, dissolve typical eating patterns, and learn to treat your body more lovingly – supported by professional hypnosis in a safe small group. Each session combines short inputs (e.g., on emotional eating, habits, satiety) with guided trances and simple exercises for your daily life.
Schedule of the 4 Sessions (weekly, Saturdays, starting 10 January, each 2hrs):
Each session focuses mainly on guided hypnosis/trance work, complemented by an open group exchange for reflection and support in the small group.
Session 1: Group exchange on goals & motivation, followed by first resource hypnosis for more inner clarity.
Session 2: Group exchange on emotional triggers & alternatives, followed by hypnosis for stress and emotion regulation.
Session 3: Group exchange on body awareness & enjoyment, followed by hypnosis for natural satiety, relaxed eating, and movement.
Session 4: Group exchange on integration & relapse prevention, followed by future journey hypnosis with inner anchor for lasting commitment.
