Fees : 190 Dkk ( each session is independent from the others)
Clothes : wear comfortable clothes
You don´t need to bring anything.
☀️What is Sophrology ?
Sophrology is a gentle method for balancing the body and mind. It offers exercises based on breathing , muscle relaxation , visualization and meditation.
A regular practice allows you to achieve inner calm in order to feel relaxed and in full possession of your faculties .
