Blending breathwork, intentional movement, meditation, and elements of kriya, this class supports your nervous system while creating space to explore your inner world and prepare mentally and emotionally for birth and parenthood.
Safe for all skill levels. We'll explore breath work, meditation, mantra, and movement for upper body mobility, core strength, pelvic alignment, pelvic floor toning, and practices for optimal fetal positioning.
