About this Event

In this weekly meditation class, Swami Sivananda will guide you through many of the foundational practices that the yogis of our school use every day, practices that bring consciousness and joyful awareness to life. We discuss bedrock practices such as: Conscious Breath Awareness, Mantra repetition using our Lineage Mantra, and Energetic Visualization. With the challenges and change we face daily, these practices can serve us as tools to help us navigate and find our center.

We teach to all levels and welcome everyone who is interested in beginning a practice or sustaining one already established. This class is designed as a drop-in class and also a continuation for those who’ve completed the Introduction to Meditation 4-Week series and want more support.
