A Guided Journey of Breath, Touch, Movement, and Returning to Yourself
About this Event

So much of life pulls us away from ourselves. We spend our days responding, performing, achieving, caretaking, thinking, planning, and tending to everyone around us. Over time it gets easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom of our own bodies.

Homecoming is an invitation to come back.

Over three hours together, Kimberly and Mela will guide one continuous, flowing experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your own inner knowing. Through breath, awareness, supportive touch, and gentle movement, we create space to listen to what has been waiting underneath the noise.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is not about fixing yourself. It is not about reaching some particular experience. It is simply a chance to return to you.

The invitation is simple:
Notice. Feel. Breathe. Receive. Move. Return.

What to expect

We begin by settling into the space and arriving in our bodies. Essential oils will be available to explore, offering scent as another pathway into presence. Mela will guide a gentle grounding practice with self touch, awareness, and foot massage to help bring you out of the busy mind and into the body.

From there, Kimberly will guide a breathwork journey designed to help you access deeper layers of awareness, release tension, and connect with your body's natural intelligence. Throughout the breathwork, Mela will offer optional somatic support, with gentle contact at the feet, shoulders, jaw, ribs, head, or wherever support feels welcome.

Touch is always optional. You are always in charge of your experience. If at any point you would rather not receive touch, you can say no, shake your head, gently wave Mela away, or cross your arms over your chest. There is nothing to explain and nothing to apologize for. Your experience belongs to you.

As the breathwork comes to a natural close, Mela will invite us into free movement, a kind of mini ecstatic dance. There are no steps to follow and nothing to get right. Just let your body move however it wants, whether that looks like swaying, shaking, stretching, or full out dancing. This is a chance to let everything that moved through the breath keep moving through the body.

From there we settle into open integration. You might rest on your mat, sit quietly, journal, or simply be with whatever is present. We will close together with space to share if you feel called to. There is no right way. The invitation is simply to listen to what your body wants, and to trust it.

Our intention

We are not here to tell you what your experience should be. We are not here to fix you or hand you answers. We believe your body already holds tremendous wisdom. Our role is simply to create a space where you can hear it.

A remembering. A returning. A homecoming.

Please bring
Water bottle, yoga mat, a pillow or blanket, and a journal.
About your Guides

Kimberly Faith: Kimberly Faith helps people get out of their heads and back into their bodies. A speaker, author, and TEDx presenter, she has guided more than 1,500 people across 7 countries through breathwork experiences that cut straight to what is actually holding them back.

Her work is built on a simple idea: real change happens in the body, not the mind. By using somatic breathwork, she helps driven people release the pressure they carry, reconnect with themselves, and perform from a place of calm rather than force. No overthinking required, just breath, presence, and a way forward.

Mela: Mela Carter is the creator of Soul Disco, a movement and embodiment practice devoted to helping people find their way back home to themselves. Through intuitive bodywork, somatic awareness, movement, and compassionate presence, she creates opportunities for people to reconnect with the wisdom already living within their bodies. During Homecoming, Mela offers gentle touch and somatic support to help participants feel safe, supported, and more deeply connected to their own experience. Her gift is not fixing or changing people, but creating the conditions for them to remember who they are beneath the noise and find their way back home to themselves.
