On this 90-minute-ish tour, you’ll see things not often seen in American breweries; follow the brewing process through three different beers; experience a water tasting (yeah we’re gonna make you taste water); and more.The quick details:
• $30
• First come, first served—you can line up before the taproom doors open at noon, but you will not be able to enter the taproom til noon
• 21 + only
• 24 people maximum
• All tours include: three .3L pours of Dovetail beers and some other beer samples; a complimentary .3L Dovetail Brewery glass; and 15% off all to-go beer that day
Most weeks, there will be a rotating food truck or pop-up at the brewery for lunch!
