Yoga Pilates Co. is a boutique yoga + mat Pilates studio located in West Loop Chicago. The studio is still under construction - but we are hosting $10 pop up events for a limited time before we offically open!

Join us for a fun fusion yoga and mat Pilates class at 1151 W Madison St. This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their body, improve flexibility, find inner peace, and connect with fellow yogis and ´Pilates lovers.

After our final time in shavasana we will enjoy tea and get a chance to get to know each other!

What to bring? A mat, and yourself

This class is perfect for beginners and all levels. We're taking the flowiness of yoga with the structure of Pilates and creating the perfect class to streach, strengthen, and tone your body.

Stephanie the instructor - will guide you through a series of poses and exercises that will leave your core feeling sore but also leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
