2:30pm- 3:30pm KEGEL KNOWLEDGE FOR ALL! by Keisha Farmer-Moore.

Do you know what a Kegel really is? Should you add Kegels to your life? Do men Kegel? Should they? Let's talk about it and build our Kegel Knowledge!

During this 60 minute session we wil discuss:

• What is the pelvic floor (PF)
• How to do a Kegel properly-(Yup- We will be practicing so wear comfortable clothes)
• Why Kegels and other pelvic floor focused exercises are good for ALL types of humans
• Who should NOT Kegel
• How our PFs connect to and support our bodies!

3:45pm- 4:45pm SHIBARI by Mantis of Ivy Chicago.

In our time together, we will go over the history of Shibari and the various experiences one can explore with rope in our education al section. Following the educational segment, we will do a performance that will highlight the beauty of the artform. We are excited to share space with you during this experience.

The Ivy Chicago is a BIPOC pop-up rope studio founded in 2023. Our mission is to create spaces for Shibari exploration and education with a focus on consent, accessibility, and pleasure for the BIPOC community.
