Elevate your well-being in this unique healing session–where breathwork and cannabis come together to create harmony and healing. Start with an intentional moment of grounding and connection, easing into a supportive space that invites relaxation. Learn about the stress response and explore breath techniques to regulate your emotions and cultivate balance. Then we will go on a mini breathwork journey, you’ll access deeper layers of self-awareness and emotional release. You’ll leaving feeling lighter, connected to and armed with tools to integrate into your daily life.
What is breathwork? How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness. The Elemental Flow Experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to enter into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating the opportunity for inner exploration and rest.
Set against a backdrop of healing music from around the world, this session is a sacred invitation to let go and surrender. The music and breath work together, ushering you into a deep meditation.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat, and an open mind.
Included in this event is a pre-roll, goodie bag, drink station, and light nibbles.
