Kansas City has a vibrant community of working jazz musicians, yet women comprise only 10 percent of the workforce. Kansas City Jazz ALIVE wants to know why! Join us for a Vivid Visions panel discussion with our moderator, Steve Kraske, as we ask our panelists to help us understand this gender disparity.
