Vibrational healing helps release stress, letting the body achieve deep relaxation and harmony.
Everything on Earth resonates with sound vibrations, and each person has a unique vibrational footprint. A Sound Bath aims to relax your body and mind, letting sound waves wash over you. Instruments are mostly played from one spot, but sometimes they’re brought around the room or played over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and relaxed. (Some mats may be available for use.) Most participants lie down, though some prefer to sit in a chair. No prior experience, effort, or practice is necessary—everyone is welcome.
