Sound Therapy not only promotes relaxation but also clears energy blockages in the body. It has been known to ease conditions like stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain, MS, and autism. The vibrations help release stress, bringing the body into deep relaxation, harmony, and joy.
Everything on Earth is made of sound vibrations, and each person has their unique vibrational footprint. A Sound Bath aims to relax your body and mind as sound waves wash over you. Instruments are usually played from one spot but may sometimes be moved around the room or over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion for warmth and comfort (some mats may be provided). Most participants lie down, though some prefer sitting in a chair. No prior experience or effort is needed—everyone is welcome!
