Instruments are mostly played from one spot, but sometimes they’re brought around the room or played over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and relaxed. (Some mats may be available for use.) Most participants lie down, though some prefer to sit in a chair. No prior experience, effort, or practice is necessary—everyone is welcome.
