October Series - Wednesday EveningsWe often say “My mind, my mind” but do we understand the nature and function of the mind correctly? Through understanding the nature and function of the mind we can understand the existence of past and future life and the value of a deep belief in karma.
Join us for meditation classes this October and with meditations on the mind itself. Develop a strong determination to gain control over the mind. Gain experience of the deep inner peace we gain through control over the mind.
