INTRO TO TANTRA

Harness the power of your imagination with tantric meditation. Tantra is a creative meditation with wisdom and imagination to bring about swift positive inner transformation.

In this series of classes, we will learn special meditation techniques to let go of self-limiting perceptions and unhelpful states of mind, embracing our potential for lasting peace and happiness. These methods can be enjoyed by anyone and practiced in daily life.

$15 a class. $48 4-class pass (series pass).

Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.

Info: The class starts with a guided breathing meditation and short prayers.

Info: There is a short teaching on how we can apply Buddhist wisdom to our modern daily lives.

Info: This guided meditation gives us time to reflect on the teaching and to spend some time with our meditation object.

Info: The class finishes with advice on how to remember to apply the teaching and question and answer. Everyone is also welcome to stay for refreshments after class.
