Let go of baggage and discover fresh insights as you tap into your pure potential. Lighten your load and brighten your life.

This silent meditation retreat consists of 3 sessions with simple guided meditations, and meditative silence in each session. Between sessions, during the refreshment breaks, silence is maintained. At the end of the retreat, there is time for Q&A and discussion.

$25. Includes refreshments. Free for members

Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience.
