GRASSHOPPER Karate on Wednesdays at 4.30pm during the school terms is designed for preschoolers 3 to 6 years old. Our fun foundational 30-minute class builds basic coordination, strength and flexibility.
A big bonus is that you as parents/caregivers can join in the class with your child for free. Setting a great example of maintaining and improving your own health through exercise and building your relationship with your child as you train together.
Our Rembuden Brooklyn Karate & Fitness school is focused on families having fun together as they grow stronger physically and mentally through our karate, self defence, fitness and wellbeing programmes.
