Facilitated by textile artist Anna Hicks, this is a relaxing class of meditative slow stitching whilst learning about the health benefits of creativity. Create a small improv quilt by hand and learn some big stitch hand quilting. This class is all about enjoying the process and how to use textile therapy as a means of stress relief. Finishing techniques will be demonstrated on how to turn your quilt into a 3D wall hanging or a useful pouch.
All materials will be provided but feel free to bring scraps of fabric you want to use.
