This course offers a developing practitioner an introduction to construction contracts and using 3910:2023 on projects.
Merging the world of construction with contracts can be a difficult area to navigate and understand. Add in the complexity of breaking down the different Standards, identifying the various roles involved and the risks they each manage, while still focusing on achieving the project objectives is a tricky challenge for people new to contracts.
