Expect to work hard and laugh in this strength training class. Erin is passionate about enjoyable movement that challenges the body AND the brain. She brings a mix of traditional body weight exercises, functional movement and yoga to each class.Participants can expect to move through circuits with short rests and groove to great tunes.
Class format is a brief warm up, a 45 minute workout and a brief cool down.
Kids and babies are welcome, but there is no specific childcare attendant.
