Join us for an energizing day featuring live fitness challenges , wellness trivia , a curated vendor village , exclusive offers from local health & lifestyle brands , exciting giveaways, and a live DJ 🎶 keeping the vibes high all day long.

As part of our community impact initiative, we’re proud to support The Nashville Food Project and encourage attendees to bring food (brown rice, honey, canola oil or olive oil) or grocery gift card donations to help give back to our local community ❤️
