Family isn’t just who we live with — it’s who we lead, love, and serve. Family Leadership Day: Vision, Tools & Breakouts is a church-wide experience designed to equip households, singles, couples, and caregivers with practical tools to lead well in 2026 and beyond.

We’ll begin together in the gymnasium as Pastor Mitchell shares the annual vision for Mount Gilead Church and how our families fit into God’s bigger story. From there, we’ll move into interactive breakouts where you’ll roll up your sleeves, think, plan, and dream with real-life tools you can take home and use right away.

What to Expect

From 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., you’ll experience a mix of large-group inspiration and hands-on sessions designed to help you:

· Clarify God’s vision for your life and family

· Align your budget and first fruits with your faith

· Steward your time, talents, and commitments with more intention

· Capture, shape, and share your testimony as a tool of healing and hope

Breakout Tracks

You’ll select one primary breakout during registration to help us plan for space and materials:

· Vision Boarding – Put your 2026 faith goals and dreams on paper

· Budget & First Fruits – Build a simple, God-honoring financial plan

· Time & Talent Scheduler – Organize your calendar around what matters most

· Testimony Lab – Learn how to tell your story in a way that points to Jesus
