Fulfill your 2025 fitness and wellness goals with a little help from Paséa Hotel & Spa. Start the New Year off right, and join us for our annual Waves of Wellness Fitness Event featuring two fitness & wellness classes: a HIIT class led by local fitness instructor Charmaine Shetler, followed by a Wim Hof Breath Work class on our Ocean Lawn.

After the classes, reset with a mobile recovery session in a portable ice bath cold plunge or sauna powered by Power Coaching, plus shopping with local wellness vendors, zero-proof cocktails and more.

Early Bird Pricing: $55 per person
General Admission Pricing: $75 per person

Pricing incldues access into the event. Wellness food and beverage will be available for purchase at the event. $15 discounted valet parking per person.
