2025 Soul Circle and Sound Bath

Join Ariana for a Soul Circle and Sound Bath to ring in the new year! This an immersive event is designed to help you reflect, reset, and recharge as you step into 2025. We’ll begin with journaling prompts and intention-setting exercises to align your energy and vision for the year. This soul circle offers space for community, connection, and shared growth. We will finish the with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over you and seal in your intentions. Come with an open heart, ready to start the year with clarity and purpose.

The cost of this event will be based on a sliding scale of $22, $33, or $44 (pay what you can). Cash, Venmo, or Zelle is accepted at the door (Zelle preferred). Please note that the sliding scale is only available at the door. The price through Eventbrite is $33 (+ fees).

Bring your journal, a pen, a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. There are bolsters and blankets available at the studio but you are also welcome to bring your own. An eye mask is also recommended for additional comfort.
