These special instruments send powerful waves of vibration through the body to produce a deeply meditative, trance-like state. During this time, we can rest and tap into the deeper layers of ourselves. The result is an overall break from overstimulation and a return to a relaxed state - something that can be difficult to achieve these days. After the sound bath, attendees are welcome to play the bowls and experience what the bowls feel like when placed directly on the body. The meditation takes place while laying down, so please bring yourself a yoga mat or blanket and pillow for comfort.
