Stay cool this summer and join our Free, twice a week, 9-week, half-hour, Water Walking Moai!

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00pm to 5:30pm, June 11 through August 8

A moai is a group of people coming together for a like purpose - like water walking.

Walking in water is an excellent cardio and resistance training exercise option. It can help strengthen and tone many muscle groups, while burning calories and being gentle on your bones and joints.

AND, walking with a group is a great way to make new friends and catch up with old ones.

Joining our water walking group is a great way to stay physically and mentally healthy this summer.

Led by Blue Zones Project Tuolumne County staff. Come weekly or twice a week. Drop-ins welcome.
