J oin us for the continuation of classes at the Sonora Opera Hall! Tai Chi every Tuesday morning May 21 through July 30. Iced tea samplings follows the summer session classes from NOX Coffee. This wonderful FREE class helps you meet new friends as you build strength and balance.
Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.
