Our first Wellness & Craft Day in the beautiful St. Nicholas church, Warwick!
Relax, connect and de-stress yourself. You'll be hard pressed to find so many great therapies under one church roof! We have two 30 mins yoga sessions at 1:30 and 2:30. Two meditation sessions at 2:00 and 3:00
Mini massages and Reflexology are available throughout the day. We also have a Soundbath for all in the main church hall at the start of the day,.followed by 1:1 sessions until 4pm in a quiet personal space for you to relax. Browse our Artisan and Wellbeing stalls on this lazy Saturday, and support local creatives. Relax with a cuppa, have a chat and eat homemade cake!
