I’m an Occupational Therapist with 25 years’ experience. My weekly Pilates classes focus on core strength and re-balance to address those unhealthy muscle compensations which cause pain and poor posture.
🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat if you have one, I’ll have spares available if you don’t.
