Step into your confidence and learn how to walk with grace, control, and ease in your shoes, including heels. This workshop is designed to help you use the right muscles, improve your posture, and move in a way that feels more natural, elegant, and powerful.

If you often feel discomfort, instability, or tension when walking or standing for long periods, this class will show you how to make simple but effective adjustments. You’ll learn walking mechanics, sitting and standing posture, and practical alignment techniques to help reduce and prevent common issues like hunchback, pelvic tilt, and poor posture habits.

The best part? You won’t just learn theory. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to “fix” your body alignment in one class, plus simple exercises you can continue doing at home to maintain your results.

This special session is guided by a trainer with a strong background in modelling, pageantry, and professional movement training. She has experience as a model, Miss Asia World Pageant, Miss China UK, and an agency training model in Malaysia, bringing confidence, poise, and runway presence into the workshop.

She will be joined by a Saipu professional trainer, who adds fitness and body alignment expertise to create a complete and practical learning experience. Together, they will help you understand your body better, move with confidence, and carry yourself with a stronger, more polished presence.
