Feel grounded, nurtured and embraced by the deep, earthy sounds of the Earth Gong and the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Float in the melodic tunes of the Native American Flute, allowing the healing vibrations to flow through your body, realigning and balancing the Root Chakra.

The Root Chakra is connected to your sense of safety, security, groundedness, and being provided for. The session will ease you into your own self discovery to heal on a deeper level.
