Welcome to the Mindful Photography Meet. A Walk, Talk & Nourish event! Join us at the Cannock Chase Visitors Centre for a day of connecting with nature through the lens of your camera or mobile phone. This in-person event will include insightful talks on mindfulness in photography, a walk through the beautiful surroundings of Cannock Chase, and a chance to nourish your body with a delicious slow coked lunch. Don't miss this opportunity to learn new photography techniques, meet like-minded individuals, and enjoy a day of mindfulness in nature. Digital/film Camera or mobile phone friendly.
Amateur, hobbyist, professional or novist! All levels welcome, you don't need to know anything about photography to take something away from this community event.
Schedule of the day:
10:00-12:00 (Mindfulness in nature & health/wellbeing benefits
12:00 -13:00 (Wholesome food, a slow cooked lunch)
13:00 - 15:00 (Guided Walk, Forest Bathing & How to Composing Photographs.
Timings: 10:00am - 15:00pm
