The Waukee Young Professionals are excited to introduce its first-ever Walk-Kee for a Cause!
Join us for this family-friendly, community event featuring local nonprofits set up along the Kettlestone Trail, each sharing information about their mission and the impact in our community.
Designed as a unique, "farmer's market-style" experience, you can walk along the trail, explore the nonprofit booths and discover meaningful ways to get involved. Whether you're a student looking for volunteer opportunities, a professional looking to make the most of your company-provided VTO or a senior with time on your hands, there will be a number of organizations to connect with!
No farmer's market is complete without good food and drinks. 5 Borough Bakery and The Bean Box will be on site for your morning pick-me-up and breakfast favorites! Parking for the walk will be at Holmes Murphy, 2727 Grand Prairie Parkway, Waukee, IA 50263.
