2026 Family Resource Fair

Get ready for the upcoming school year at our free Family Resource Fair! This annual event will take place on Wednesday, August 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Timberline Middle School (2605 SE LA Grant Parkway, Waukee).
Event Offerings:
- School registration assistance
- Free and reduced-price meal eligibility applications
- Immunization resources
- Student vision screenings
- Student athlete FinalForms (8th grade and above)
- Community, healthcare, and District resources
- Free dinner!
Registration is strongly encouraged for families planning to take advantage of the offerings. Registration is first-come, first-served, with 100 family spots available per hour.
