Take a gentle step forward with us on this meaningful, restorative walk designed for anyone living with the impact of a brain tumour diagnosis – patients, survivors, carers, friends, and family.🟢 An easy, exploratory walk along the Exe Estuary trail.

🌱 Boost wellbeing with fresh air, nature, and light movement.
Led by our wonderful volunteer walk leader, Jo, we’ll set off at a relaxed pace from The Shack at Darts Farm (EX3 0QH) to explore the Exe Estuary. We'll be passing Bowling Green Marsh, calling in at the RSPB Lookout Hide, an ideal spot to watch Spring and Autumn migrating birds, so don't forget your binoculars! From there, we'll continue to Topsham for fabulous river views and a coffee stop along the way.
This is an easy, flat walk on good paths/trails.
Free parking is available.
