Wildlife & Wellbeing Walks at Shillingford Organics

Meet us at Shillingford Organics Events Barn (signposted on arrival at the farm). Each session will focus on three seasonal species. We'll wander across the farm to find and learn about these species. Along the way, we'll take a few moments to experience the calming power of nature. Mindfulness activities could include grounding exercises or mini moments of crafting with nature.

• Season appropriate clothing & footwear for muddy/bumpy terrain (+ sun cream)
