About Walk & Glow ✨
Walk & Glow is a women-only walking and wellness community created to help women move their bodies, build confidence, meet new people and step outside their comfort zones.
From our community walks to fitness classes, wellness activities and social events, the aim is simple: create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Move your body. Clear your mind. Glow every day. ✨
Can't wait to see you there! 🩷
