Junior Movers is a fun, inclusive fitness and movement session designed especially for children with SEN. 💙
Through fun circuits, coordination games, and fitness challenges, Junior Movers gives children the freedom to discover, grow and thrive at their own pace — while building confidence, coordination, balance and independence along the way.
Routine, familiarity and consistency can be vital for our children. That’s why our sessions will follow a familiar structure, helping Junior Movers know what to expect, feel comfortable in their surroundings and build confidence as they become familiar with the class routine. 🔄✨
I know that development doesn’t always follow an age bracket, so I’m more than happy to welcome children outside of this age range who may benefit from this level of class. 💙
Every session is designed to be fun, supportive and pressure-free, creating a safe space where children can be themselves, try new things and celebrate what they can do. ✨
With a maximum of just 6 children per class, we keep our groups small so every child can receive the individual attention, encouragement and support they deserve.
