Wake Your Wonder
About this Event
For anyone who feels like life has become more about managing, rushing, or getting through the day — and is craving more colour, curiosity, beauty, and aliveness.
Wonder is easy to lose touch with. Life gets full. Responsibilities pile up. Routines become automatic. We get used to being productive, practical, prepared, and in control. And over time, the playful, creative, curious, expressive parts of ourselves can start to feel tucked away beneath everything we’re carrying.
Wake Your Wonder is a 3-hour immersive workshop, followed by a 30-minute cut-your-own-flower experience, designed to help you reconnect with awe, play, beauty, and the parts of yourself that may be ready to come forward again.
Set against the backdrop of a beautiful flower farm, you’ll reconnect with your senses and explore how wonder can widen your attention beyond everything life asks you to carry. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, a playful flower farm activity, and meaningful partner witnessing, you’ll be invited to remember that life is not only something to manage; it’s something we’re allowed to experience.
You’ll leave with:
- a deeper understanding of how wonder, play, and aliveness can get buried beneath responsibility, routine, or self-protection
- useful somatic tools to help soften productivity mode, calm your nervous system, and create more space for curiosity, beauty, and everyday goodness
- a Wonder Pause practice you can use beyond the workshop to slow down, notice what draws you in, and listen for what it may be waking up
- a guided integration practice to help the experience settle in your body and become something you can return to in daily life
- your own hand-cut bouquet as a living reminder of the colour, beauty, and aliveness you’re making space for
Come curious. Leave with a deeper connection to the wonder within you, and the parts of yourself ready to wake back up.
