Nenechte si ujít příležitost naučit se cvičit meditaci vhledu Vipassana. Budeme cvičit ve skupině i každý sám. Vyslechneme promluvu o meditaci a naučíme se, jak přistoupit ke cvičení doma. The day will begin with instructions how to practice Vipassana (insight) meditation. Insight meditation helps student understand and overcome suffering. Ajahn Tong states that “it is the duty of human beings to free themselves from suffering.” There will be group and individual practice and talks about meditation.
