Nidra Yoga is millenary meditation and means "conscious sleep".Through guidance you will enter deep meditation, even if you have never done it before, it will happen naturally because you will lie horizontally making relaxation.
You will become aware of your thoughts, emotions and afterwards your energy as well.
I use breathing techniques, body scanning and visualisation, own experiences, etc.
You will change from a state of thinking/doing to feeling/being, opening your being to deeper realizations.
