We will begin with a transformative somatic meditation, where intuitive breathwork becomes a dance of presence and awareness, allowing you to connect deeply with the wisdom of your body. As you journey inward, prepare to be enveloped in a shamanic sound bath, where the rhythmic pulse of drums, the whisper of rattles, the haunting melodies of flutes, and the sacred resonance of the human voice weave together to create a tapestry of healing. This experience is infused with a nurturing energy that welcomes everyone to explore the mysteries of their own heart.
Ché, a Certified Death Doula, Psychospiritual Life Coach, and Transformational Retreats Leader, draws from her rich lineage as a Maestra Curandera and psychedelic integration specialist, creating a sacred container for profound exploration and transformation.
Whether you seek solace, healing, or a moment of deep connection, you are invited to embark on this mystical journey at The Portal in Mill Valley. Allow this class to nourish your soul and awaken the compassionate heart that resides within us all.
Logistics: Yoga mats are provided. Please bring anything else you may want to make yourself comfortable (blankets, eye masks, pillows).
Please arrive 15 minutes prior so that you can make your space comfortable and settle in. We will begin promptly at the start time. Late-comers after 10 minutes of the start time will not be allowed in so as to keep the energy contained.
Contraindications: Breathwork is not recommended for people with a history of aneurysms, cardiovascular problems, detached retina, epilepsy, glaucoma, high blood pressure that is not controlled with medication, pregnancy, serious osteoporosis, history of strokes or seizures, prescription blood thinning or anti-clotting medications, hospitalization for any psychiatric episode, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair the ability to experience intense physical and/or emotional release, and any recent physical injuries or surgeries. NOTE: ASTHMA IS NOT A CONTRAINDICATION BUT WE ASK THAT YOU BRING YOUR INHALER TO THE WORKSHOP IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA. By attending this event, you are confirming that you have consulted your health care practitioner and that none of the above are true for you. Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not replace medical attention from a qualified healthcare professional. We wish all participants wellness in their beings.
