Spark Innovation: Founder & Biz Owner Mindfulness & Accountability Group

This workshop is for entrepreneurs, business owners, people looking to make a career shift, or bring a new idea into fruition. Expect accountability, thoughtful prioritization and connection with like-minded people.
We'll begin each session with a meditation and check-in. We'll discuss themes including: Vulnerability in Leadership, Working Through Obstacles, Generating Creative Solutions, Digital Presence & more.
Our 4 weekly meetings will take place on Thursdays from 9-10:15am, 1/9/25 - 1/30/25. Exact location will be finalized (near Mill Valley town) based on the size of the group. By registering for the first meeting, you are confirming your spot for all four sessions. You do not need to register multiple times.

Facilitator Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building & scaling teams and profitable businesses in the health & wellness industry. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
