This workshop is for entrepreneurs, business owners, people looking to make a career shift, or bring a new idea into fruition. Expect accountability, mindfulness, thoughtful prioritization and connection with like-minded people.
We'll begin each session with a meditation and check-in. We'll discuss themes including: Vulnerability in Leadership, Working Through Obstacles, Generating Creative Solutions, Digital Presence & more.
Our 4 weekly meetings will take place on Fridays from 10:15-11:30am, 1/10/25 - 1/31/25 at the Lumberyard in Mill valley, CA. Please arrive a couple minutes beforehand if you'd like to get a coffee or tea from nearby Flourcraft. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind.

Facilitator Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building & scaling teams and profitable businesses in the health & wellness industry. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
