Easiest exercise you can do it ! Let's do Incredibly nice hike on the Rodeo Beach, Coastal Trail, and Miwok Trail. Family-friendly trail with ocean view & a great hike with scenic views, plus a restroom and picnic area. Consider Hiking is a great way to exercise. Hiking is a great exercise that's accessible, enjoyable, and can be suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It's a low-impact activity that works out the whole body, and it can help build stronger muscles and bones. Worth a visit if in the area and especially if you have a dog that loves the water!We will hike at a comfortable pace miles with brief intermittent stops to ensure the group stays together, and a 30-minute or so snack break.
