### Volunteer Shirts
All volunteers will receive a Philadelphia Distance Run volunteer T-shirt. We will be reaching out to confirm your shirt size.
### Volunteer Training
The Philadelphia Distance Run will hold a virtual training session closer to Race Day. SHE IS U representatives will attend the training and provide our volunteer team with the information needed for your assignments.
### Race Day Assignments
Specific volunteer assignments, arrival location, instructions, and other Race Day details are still being finalized. We expect to receive additional information soon and will share everything with you once it becomes available.
All volunteers will also be required to sign a volunteer waiver upon arrival before beginning their shift.
### Additional Volunteer Opportunities
There are also opportunities to volunteer in the days leading up to the race:
Friday, September 18
10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturday, September 19
8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
or
12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
If you are interested in helping during one of these additional shifts, please let us know.
