Volunteer Event: Lifsitz Park Spring Clean Up

Join us for a clean up at Lifsitz Park where we will be picking up trash to prepare for planting a meadow.

Lifsitz Park is part of the Detroit Bird City project to create community greenspace with meadow habitat that benefits birds and pollinators.

Currently, Lifsitz Park is mostly turf grass and underused. We are currently in the process of preparing this site to be planted with a meadow of native flowers and grasses.

Please note no bathroom is available
