You’re invited for all-you-can-eat lasagna

Whether your grandmother was Nonna, Oma, Omi, Abuela, Yiayia, Teta, or someone else entirely, we all know that very specific kind of warmth. The kind where the recipes are never written down correctly, the portions are too big, and the table gets louder as the night goes on. And if you didn’t grow up with that kind of table, consider this your invitation.
For this volume of our (brand new) pop-up dinner series, our favorite chefs are coming together for a family-style community dinner inspired by heritage recipes, comfort food, long summer evenings, and the beautiful chaos of feeding people you love.
Expect a three-course menu with appetizers, all-you-can-eat lasagna, and dessert. All served family-style. And absolutely no shame in going back for thirds.
Children and pets are welcome.

Chefs
Juliana is an Italian and American chef and the founder of Le Bar Berlin. She has been developing this lasagna recipe since she was 8 years old and would like everyone to know that it is now pratically perfetto. For this dinner, Juliana is leading the recipe direction, drawing inspiration from classic italian recipes and the very serious belief that feeding people is one of the purest forms of love.
Gjorgi is a Macedonian-German chef and the head chef behind Kori Berlin. Alongside savory cooking, he is also an exceptional baker and pastry chef with a love for hospitality and making things taste outrageously good. He brings warmth, flavor, and extremely strong kitchen energy wherever he goes. He is, quite simply, always serving.
Dominique Dominique is a Mexican-born chef whose work moves between food, art, design, and storytelling. Her approach to cooking treats the table as a site for conversation, not just consumption. Using food as a medium, she collaborates with artists, brands and creators to translate the intangible into sensory experiences.
Together, these three chefs will be in the kitchen all night serving as much lasagna as you can possibly eat. We’ll keep going until the trays are empty and they send us home.
