The Alchemy of Union: Embodying the Masculine and Feminine Within

The Alchemy of Union is a deep, embodied journey into the dance of the inner masculine (animus) and feminine (anima) that lives within each of us.

This unique workshop–temple hybrid invites you to explore the light and shadow of these archetypal energies, revealing how they shape your life in terms of relationships, patterns, and self-expression.

The Workshop is a deep exploration into the four archetypal energies — the Light Masculine, Dark Masculine, Light Feminine, and Dark Feminine — as they live within you.

Through a series of guided practices, movement, partner constellations, and reflection, you’ll begin to:

• Recognize your default patterns — where you lead, where you collapse, where you give away power.
• Experience the energetic signature of each archetype in your body and emotions.
• Learn how the Masculine and Feminine express themselves through both light and shadow and how these are expressed in you.
• Meet these aspects in others, witnessing how they mirror and amplify your own inner dynamics.

This part of the day is designed to bring awareness and embodiment together, helping you move beyond concepts into felt experience. You’ll leave with practical insight into how these energies shape your life, relationships, creativity, and leadership.

Expect a mix of somatic exploration, conscious relating, authentic movement, and guided inquiry — all held in a supportive, trauma-informed container.

After a half hour break, we transition into the Temple — a ritual space to integrate and express everything you’ve awakened during the workshop.

Here, we shift from “doing” to being, entering a co-created field of reverence, play, and embodied expression. The Temple is a non-penetrative, sober space where participants are invited to embody an archetype — perhaps one you wish to awaken or integrate more deeply — and interact from that energy. If you are familiar with the Wheel of Consent, you are further invited to try on expressing one of these archetypal energies in a specific quadrant(s) of your choice.

You are encouraged to dress in a way that reflects or amplifies the archetype you wish to embody. Imagine stepping into a living artwork of energy — a space where the Masculine and Feminine dance, witness, and reflect each other in profound, heart-centered ways.

Through sound, movement, ritual, and intuitive connection, the Temple becomes a mirror — revealing how these archetypal forces move through you when given permission to be fully expressed.

This is not for performance or "hooking up" — it’s a devotional, transformational field of presence and polarity for embodied experience. You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more whole, with an embodied understanding of how to integrate these energies into daily life.

By the end of this immersive offering, you’ll have a tangible, felt sense of what these energies mean for you, how to further activate and integrate them — and how to embody them consciously in your daily life, relationships, and purpose.

6:30 PM – 8:15 PM | The Workshop
A deep-dive exploration through exercises, reflection, and embodied connection.

8:15 PM – 8:45 PM | Break
Eat something you bring with you and dress up in the energy or archetype you wish to embody for the temple.

7:30 PM – 11:00 PM | The Temple (Optional)
A non-penetrative, transformative temple space to integrate and celebrate the energies you’ve awakened.

• Journal + pen
• Water bottle
• Outfits or accessories to embody each of the four archetypes:
  Light Masculine, Dark Masculine, Light Feminine, Dark Feminine (more information before event to follow)
• A light meal or snack for the break between the workshop and temple
• Comfortable clothing
• A sarong or towel
• Curiosity

• Sober, trauma-informed, consent focused event, open to all who resonate 🌈.
• Please maintain good hygiene and avoid perfumes or scented products.
• Please arrive by 6:15 PM to settle in.
• If it’s your first time at Wamos, allow 10 extra minutes to find the venue — it’s the door at the back of the Hof, up five flights of stairs.
• Light snacks will be provided.
