We don’t just meet people.

We meet parts of ourselves
we haven’t fully integrated yet—
and experience them in the other.

That feeling of attraction, chemistry, connection

often isn’t just about them.

It’s projection.

This shows up in very real ways:

• who you’re drawn to
• how you love and relate
• when you open, when you pull away
• how easily you say yes or no
• how safe you feel in intimacy

You might recognise:

• overgiving or people-pleasing
• holding back or shutting down
• struggling with boundaries
• losing yourself in connection
• repeating the same dynamics

This is a guided, embodied workshop–temple hybrid
where you explore these patterns in real time not just in your mind, but in your body and in relation with others

through:

• somatic practices
• reflection
• guided relational exercises in diads and triads
• exploring these dynamics in real time in the temple

you begin to notice:

what you feel
what you don’t say
where you open
where you contract

And from there, something begins to shift

Not dramatically
but noticeably

You catch yourself earlier

You feel what’s true
and you say it

You stay without losing yourself
or leave without collapsing

Open without losing yourself
hold without shutting down

Lean in instead of pulling back
& stay present in connection

This 4-hour workshop–temple hybrid includes:

• Embodied exploration of the four polarities
  (Light & Dark Feminine, Light & Dark Masculine)
• Somatic practices
• Reflection and integration in intimate small groups
• A temple for relational exploration of attraction, boundaries, and connection in real time. This is where you start to notice your patterns as they happen

The space flows into a guided temple

— a structured, consent-based non-penetrative event
to integrate what you’ve explored

Nothing is expected
Everything is optional

You choose your level of engagement at all times

You'll have the chance to:

• better notice attraction and projection as it happens
• feel your yes, your no, your edge
• stay present in connection
• meet others without abandoning yourself or avoiding what you really desire

This space is for you if you:

• want different experiences in love and relating
• feel stuck in recurring dynamics
• are curious about polarity
• are open to self-reflection and embodied work
• value depth, honesty, and conscious connection
• beginners to advanced - this work is layered

• Sober, trauma-informed, consent focused event, open to all who resonate 🌈.
• Please maintain good hygiene and avoid perfumes or scented products.
• Please arrive by 6:15 PM to settle in.
• If it’s your first time at Wamos, allow 10 extra minutes to find the venue — it’s the door at the back of the Hof, up five flights of stairs.
• Light snacks will be provided.

• Journal + pen
• Water bottle
• Outfits or accessories to embody each of the four archetypes:
  Light Masculine, Dark Masculine, Light Feminine, Dark Feminine
• A sarong or towel
